    Waiver & Release
    You are required to sign a Waiver & Liability Release to participate in the Tucson Desert Classic.  
    Cycling is a hazardous activity.  The waiver is designed to help protect you from liability during
    the tour.  Waivers will be forwarded to you electronically after your registration fee is received.  
    The registration process is completed when your signed Waiver & Liability Release is returned to
    me.
